New Pop-Up Blockers May Affect
Your KRT A La Carte Downloads

Attention KRT customers who purchase content a la carte: New Web browser software designed to block pop-up advertising windows may be cutting off your access to a la carte sales of content on the KRT Web sites. You may need to turn off the pop-up blockers to make your purchases.

When content is purchased on the KRT Web sites on an a la carte basis a pop-up window is displayed when you make your selection and begin the downloading process. This window explains the cost of the item, the terms and conditions of the purchase, and requires clicking on an acceptance button before the download can begin.

Some new Web browsers and add-ons to existing Web browsers that are designed to block pop-up advertising may be conflicting with these a la carte purchase confirmation windows.

To successfully download this KRT content, you will need to turn off the pop-up blocker while searching the KRT sites. This situation does not apply if you have subscription access to the KRT content.
